Working Principle:

When sand washer works, the motor drives impeller slowly rotating through the triangle belt, reducer and gear deceleration. Sand enters into the wash tank from the feed chute, then driven by the impeller tumble and grinding each other to remove impurities covering on sand surface and destroy the vapor layer coated on sand particles, in order to facilitate dehydration. At the same time, water should be added to form a strong water flow to take away impurities and a small proportion of foreign matters in time. At last, the sand is discharged from the overflow tank and the whole cleaning process finish.
