Introduction of Single-cylinder Cone Crusher
1. Single-cylinder cone crusher is a highly efficient crusher designed by our company on the basis of introducing American technology and combing with the performance of the metal materials in China to satisfy the needs of developing countries.
2. The external form of this crusher is very concise and compact because the unique design structure of the bottom cylinder completes three important functions of directly adjusting the discharging mouth, preventing iron from going through the crushing chamber and cleaning the chamber.
3. Single-cylinder cone crusher is divided into standard type and short-headed type which are used for medium crushing and fine crushing respectively.
4. It is suitable for crushing all kinds of ores and rocks with high and over-medium hardness in medium, construction, water and electricity, transportation, chemistry and building material industry.
Working Principle
During single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher works: the motor drives crusher pinion, pinion drives big gear, big gear assembly (gear, gear frame, eccentric steel sleeve) drives eccentric assembly (eccentric cylinder sleeve, eccentric copper sleeve) and spindle assembly (spindle, inner cone, inner cone liner).They center on the theoretical vertical line and revolution within the copper bushing. Spindle assembly, which centers on the center-line in eccentric copper sleeve, can realize rotation. When the machine is idling, eccentric sleeve assembly "holds" spindle assembly and rotates with the big gear. When materials are added to crushing chamber, the spindle assembly (spindle, inner cone) rotates slowly in the eccentric copper sleeve under the resistance of the material. The running track of inner cone seems to swing back and forth within crushing chamber, at the same time it slows rotates, then the materials are crushed by the swinging inner cone. The connection between support sleeve and frame body is pressed by hydraulic pressure. When metal or non-broken staffs enter into crusher, movable cone is lifted by bottom hydraulic piston, which plays a role inadjusting discharge opening, protecting iron pass and removing blocked ores by repeatedly rising and falling.
